Miles Away But Getting Closer

I'm somewhat of an audioporn* and music has always played a part in my life; Strumming away on my geeeetar puts me in a world of my own. Dancing ludicrously on nights out around the place to some electro, punk rock Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday & Saturday pre-lash in room 36. Whether my eardrums are sober or not, it's always appreciated.

Recently a good friend of mine, known to himself as Harry "Fucking" Radford, auditioned for a Glasgow based band looking for a new lead singer. He's a passionate, talented hipster - he got the job. The Yashin now have one extremely eccentric yet unquestionably talented American jackass as their front man.

A couple weeks back supporting American band Madina Lake along with The Audition & Flood of Red..Harry and his bonnie bandmates hopped over Hadrians wall and made there way to Leedstown for the first stop of their UK tour. It was an epic night, despite being infected with pubescent under 16's relating to madina lake as the narrators of their recent 2 week relationship's demise.

Yashin stole the show for me and not only because my old school room mate was up on stage. They were technically brilliant, tight and slick. Harry has moulded himself into a perfect frontman, something he was always destined to be despite his doubters.
